Another producer to watch iin Burgundy is Guillaume Lafon.

His father, Dominique Lafon crafts some of the greatest white Burgundies, on par with Roulot, Coche-Dury, de Montille, Leflaive, etc. Domaine des Comtes Lafon has been run by his father Dominique Lafon since 1985, who converted the vineyards to biodynamic in the 1990s and strengthened the reputation of the domain with prices skyrocketing in the last couple of decades. Guillaume Lafon follows similar style, utilizing fruit from some of the same vineyards, producing wines with intensity and precision.
