EH Taylor Bottled-in-Bond needs little introduction to the American Whiskey Enthusiast. Originally made in the late 1800s by Colonel EH Taylor who established the O.F.C. Distillery in 1869 after purchasing a small distillery. "O.F.C." stands for Old-Fashioned Copper, and as the name suggests, they used copper pot stills for distillation. In addition to his pioneering distilling techniques, EH Taylor was also instrumental in establishing the Bottled-in-Bond Act in 1897, in an effort to protect Kentucky whiskey's identity.

Stonestreet Distillery is one a brainchild of the famous Jackson family, owners of Kendall-Jackson, as well as other wine brands, such as Verite, Hickinbotham, and La Crema, among others. Stonestreet "Founder's Edition" is composed of mainlyy corn, 70%, 21% wheat and 9% malted barley. Wheat adds creaminess and textured to the blend, resulting in a round and approachable style. Notes of caramel, toast and vanilla complete the rich and round palate.
